Red Josta Plants
A vigorous, disease resistant, and hardy cross between a black currant and gooseberry. Large sweet-tart berries ripen midsummer and are high in Vitamin C. Great for pies, jellies and jams, and fresh eating. When mature the plant can reach 3 to 5 foot high and 4 foot wide. Hardy to USDA zones 3-6.
Currants and Gooseberries can be an alternate host to white pine blister rust. So it may be illegal to ship to parts of DE, MA, ME, MI, MT, NH, OH, RI, VA, WV and all of NC.
