Scenic Hill Farm is a small family run grower and retail nursery located in Oregon's Willamette Valley... one of the best nursery growing areas with a long growing season with mild summers and winters. Often our one year old plants are larger than 2 year old plants grown in other parts of the country. We are a licensed and inspected Oregon nursery (#LO170090NG).

Our website accepts PayPal and all major credit cards; and your account will be charged when the order is made. The logos of all accepted payment methods is in the footer at the bottom of all web pages.
Sometimes toward the end of the season, we will run out of plants because field counts are wrong or we have sent to many extra plants with earlier orders. We try to avoid this situation, but on years when plants sell out early, it can happen.
If we are sold out of an item, we will not make substitutions without your permission.
No GMO Plants
We grow and sell no GMO plants.
We ship USPS.
We ship only within the United States, it's protectorates, and territories...anywhere that USPS deliverers. We do not ship internationally.
When will I receive my order?
You will be sent an email when the mailing label is printed.
Our goal is to ship on the next day after your payment is received. Sometime in peak shipping times, your shipment may be delayed because of high shipping volumes.
Since plants are sensitive to cold...if your weather is too cold to ship, we will contact you to arrange a shipment date after the weather has warmed. If our weather or your weather is too warm, we will ship only Monday-Tuesday so that the plants do not sit in a hot Post Office over the weekend.
If your weather is too warm to ship for 30 days or more, we will contact you to see if you want to wait until your weather cools, or if you want a refund. The listing will note if we will be sending via Priority Mail or First Class Standard Shipping or UPS.
Many plants will sell out, so you can order early with a delayed shipping date. If you order when the plants are not available, or if you want a delayed shipping date, please send us a shipping date. This and other shipping instructions can be left in "Special instructions for seller" on the Shopping Cart page at checkout.
If you purchase a dormant or bare root plant with a ship date after May 15, we may substitute a live growing plant instead.
Returns and Guarantee
Open all boxes upon arrival, and let us know if any plants or product has been damaged in shipment within 4 days of arrival.We can then give guidance as to how to proceed so your plants will be successful.

Hard Goods have a 30 day money back return policy for product cost, buyer pays return shipping cost.
Plants and root stock have a 14 day money back return policy for plant cost, buyer pays return shipping cost. Buyer must contact us within 4 days of product arrival outlining problem.
We guarantee live delivery of healthy plants in a variety of sizes from starter plants to mature 1 gallon containers.
If root stock or bare root canes fail to grow after 90 days, and you have followed our planting instructions, we will replace product. If it is too late to replant this year, we will replace the product the next year. Buyer pays for freight cost on replacement root stock or bare root canes.
If potted plants or products are received damaged or in poor condition contact us immediately, we do our best to ship healthy plants, but damage can occur during transit. Inspect the box before unpacking. If the shipping box is damaged, take a picture of the box so a claim can be filed with USPS or UPS. Contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order. If you have not contacted us within 4 days after receiving your order, we will assume that everything is OK. After that there are too many variables that are outside of our control that can lead to the death of a plant, so we do not offer any further guarantees. Neglect of plants or root stock /bare root canes by buyer voids any guarantee.
If we made a fulfillment error, we will send replacements or refund your credit card.
