Fall Gold Bare Root Raspberry Plants - 2 Year Old Bare Root Canes
Fall Gold has large conical golden berries that are somewhat soft, but very sweet. Excellent for fresh eating, jams and jellies. Adapted to Zones 4 - 8, Fall Gold will ripen a crop in July on 2 year old canes and a second larger crop from late August until frost on new canes. Canes are vigorous and very productive. Fall Gold is hardy to -25 degrees, but not recommended for extreme northern areas where the first frost is in September. This heirloom variety is recommended for home gardeners and is easy to grow.
These plants bore fruit last year and will produce fruit in the Fall...and in the Spring and Fall of following years, depending on how plants are managed.

Plants were originally 5-6 foot tall, but will be pruned to 10 inches tall for proper planting height. This forces buds from the lower cane and roots, which will produce more fruit.
