Quantities are limited. Order early for best variety availability. The garlic we sell is grown at small Idaho farm in an allium quarantine zone and certified white rot-free. White rot is a soil-borne disease that can destroy garlic crops and persist for decades. Annual inspections and certifications ensure disease free seed garlic. Grown Organically. Non GMO.  We can ship to all States and US Territories.

EARLY ITALIAN- Sweet and mild artichoke softneck. A great braiding garlic since it produces a combination of small, medium, and large bulbs at harvest. The largest bulbs will be produced from the large outer cloves. An early season softneck that has smooth white paper over purple tinted cloves. This is a great garlic to bake or roast. Adapts well to summer heat and is known for long storage when properly cured. Stores 9-12 months. USDA Zone 6-10

SUSANVILLE- Mild, rich flavored artichoke softneck. One of our most popular and best producing softnecks year after year. Susanville has white skin with some occasional pink. Mild, but true garlic flavor that is great to roast. Excellent early season garlic that harvests in the late spring / early summer. This early maturing garlic can be enjoyed while most other garlics are still in the ground. Grows large bulbs. Large outer cloves can produce bulbs up to 3.5 inches in diameter. Stores 9 months. USDA Zone 6-10

INCHELIUM RED- This artichoke softneck has a medium pungency, rich flavor. A taste test winner in the softneck division. A great baking garlic. Produces large bulbs, with over 3 inches in diameter possible. Grows well in both Southern and warmer Northern states. Harvests in early summer and stores well into winter. A large healthy garlic that will store 6-8 months. USDA Zone 6-10

CHESNOK RED- Sweet and mild purple stripe hardneck. A big, beautiful garlic that is great roasted and one of the best baking garlics available. It holds its shape and flavor well when it is cooked. Sweet when roasted or cooked. A full flavored hardneck. The plant has vigorous leaves that produce large bulbs. Approximately 8-12 large cloves per bulb. When properly cured can store 6-7 months. USDA Zone 3-8

PURPLE GLAZER- Medium to sweet glazed purple stripe hardneck. This garlic is easy to peel and grow. Tall plants, with good growing conditions can produce very large bulbs. Hardnecks do very well in colder climates, but Purple Glazer will also grow well in cool climates (not recommended in warm winter growing conditions). As outside wrappers are removed the coloring changes from a purple stripe to almost solid purple at the cloves. Excellent for eating raw. Stores 6-7 months. USDA Zone 3-8

PERSIAN STAR- This purple stripe hardneck has a medium garlic flavor with a zing. Produces reliable yields year after year. When the outer wrappers are removed the cloves, with the sharp points, resemble an eight-point star. This is a medium garlic with only a small bite. Stores 4-6 months. USDA Zone 3-8

KOREAN RED- Hot! Very Hot!! Korean Red is an asiatic hardneck and is a deep flavored garlic that is rich and spicy. The flavor holds on the tongue. Easy to peel, these bulbs have 7-9 cloves. Stores  4-6 months. USDA Zone 3-8

MUSIC- Porcelain hardneck garlic with rich, strong flavor that is not overly hot.   Extremely large bulbs.  Huge cloves that are easy to peel.  Approximately 4-6 cloves per bulb,  very popular garlic.  Medium spiciness.  Stores 5-6 months when properly cured.  USDA Zone 3-8

MONTANA- A robust earthy flavored garlic that peaks with a high heat intensity but mellows quickly. This hardneck Rocambole type has easy to peel cloves that are large and excellent for cooking.   Average 3-4 very large cloves per bulb.  Stores 5-6 months. USDA Zone 3-8

METECHI- A marbled purple stripe hardneck garlic with a hot, spicy, robust flavor.  Described as "Great Bulbs of Fire" due to the large cloves / bulbs and hot bite.  Huge cloves that are easy to peel.  Hot and Spicy!  Stores 4-6 months. USDA Zone 3-8

SPANISH ROJA- A Rocambole hardneck garlic.  The flavor is described as being a “true garlic" flavor.  Offers a spicy bite, easy-to-peel cloves.  Spanish Roja garlic requires a cold spell and is NOT recommended in warm winter climates.   Beautiful and large bulbs.  Huge cloves are easy to peel.  When properly cured should store for 4-6 months. USDA Zone 3-8

If your temperature is warmer than 89 degrees or colder than 20 degrees, we will hold order until temperature improves. Please put your desired ship date in Special Instructions to Seller at checkout.

All orders are inspected for quality prior to shipment. Bulbs/cloves are rarely damaged in shipping, but if they are, please let us know right away so we can help. If there is any  damage, take a photo of the package and garlic. This will help us solve the problem.
