Golden Chain Tree, (Laburnum anagyroides)
Gorgeous wisteria-like rich yellow pendulous blooms in May or June. Likes well drained moist soils. Yellow fall color. Full sun in the North and part shade in hotter climates. Grows 15-25 foot tall and 10-15 feet wide in USDA zones 5-8.
Available as 18-24 inch potted trees - Available year round until sold out. Potted trees are grown in soil less mix. Ships in pot.

Shipped dormant without leaves in fall and winter and with leaves in spring and summer. Golden Chain trees are on a list of over 300 landscape plants that can be poisonous, so like many landscape plants, do not eat leaves, flowers, seeds, bark or wood.
Free Shipping to most locations. We cannot ship larger boxes or to AK, HI, APO, US Territories, or areas considered remote without a freight surcharge.
If your temperature is warmer than 89 degrees or colder than 20 degrees, we will hold order until temperature improves, as the trees are sensitive to hot and cold conditions and may get damaged shipping in extreme conditions. All plants are inspected for quality prior to shipment. Plants are rarely damaged in shipping, but if they are, please let us know right away so we can help.
