Autumn Brilliance is different from other serviceberries. It's brilliant orange red  fall foliage color make this native hybrid (a cross between A. arborea and A. laevis) stand out in the Fall with a eye catching splash of color.

This serviceberry is covered in pink buds followed with masses of white flowers in early spring. Attracts butterflies and beneficial pollinators.  Edible purple black berries ripen in early summer resembling blueberries in looks and flavor.  Perfect for making jams,  jellies, or fresh eating. Or, share them with local song birds.  

Autumn Brilliance can be a single or multi-stemmed small tree or large shrub that grows 15 foot to 25 foot tall and 10 foot  to 20 ft wide in USDA zones 4-9.  Plant in full sun to partial shade in moist, well-drained soils. This small native tree is extremely tolerant to most soil conditions and naturalizes easily. A great choice for smaller lots, as an accent or privacy screening, wildlife plantings...anywhere you want a splash of Fall color.   

Available as 10-14 inch tall trees  or 16-20 inch tall trees.
