Lodgepole Pine, (Pinus contorta var. murrayana),is a resilient evergreen conifer found across North America, specifically thriving in the mountainous regions of the western United States and Canada. Adaptable and hardy, it's well-suited to various soil types and elevations, commonly flourishing well-drained soils in USDA zones 4 to 8.
